At Villa Serena, our residents enjoy an exceptional array of fine services and amenities. Each of our residents have an emergency pendant for added safety and peace of mind. Our residents do not have to worry about maintenance, as we have a capable and friendly maintenance team responsible for all the community’s care and upkeep. We also have weekly housekeeping and transportation services, so our residents can live a worry-free lifestyle.

We serve three delicious meals every day in our beautiful dining room. All of our meals are served restaurant style to our resident's tables. While we offer meal delivery to our resident's apartments, we encourage our residents to enjoy their meal with friends and loved ones in our dining room.

We have an exceptional culinary team that cook each meal from scratch with love. Our meals feel like a fine dining experience, as each of meals have multiple courses and end with a fresh treat from our dessert cart. Common options include various desserts and ice cream.

We have a selection of classic dishes that are always available and two new delicious recipes at each meal that our residents can choose from. Many of our dishes have been inspired from resident requests of their favorite dishes. Our residents are able to enjoy eating new dishes while still always having a safe and tasty option available.

I was immediately impressed by the grounds when I first arrived for my tour of Villa Serena. I am now in my 10th year at Villa Serena and I still enjoy the grounds, variety of activities led by our creative Activity Director, size of the apartments with ample closet space, three appropriate and tasty meals, transportation, the special dinners for family members and friends, birthday celebrations and most of all the willingness to accommodate by staff and management. I am particularly appreciative of the lack of staff turnover. Living at Villa Serena feels like living with family.

The grounds here are beautiful and welcoming, the Management and staff are very accommodating and the Residents are extremely friendly and caring. It’s like one big family. Three delicious home cooked meals a day and a variety of on going activities if you wish to partake. I feel very safe and secure. This is home! What more could I ask for!
